Our long experience with hydraulic cylinders and pressurized equipment enables Imenco to design and fabricate Tailor Made Cylinders to our customer’s needs. Our engineers are often involved in an early phase of the customer’s project to be able to contribute the best and cost-effective solution. Our know-how regarding seals, materials, etc. has made us a preferred supplier of «customized» cylinders.
Imenco design the cylinders based upon the customer`s requirements. This might be special requirements to e.g., forces, temperature, medium, lifetime, shapes, position indicator, and environment where it shall be used. Our references include a number of supplies in different material qualities, such as stainless steel, duplex, titanium, Inconel, etc.
All Tailor Made Cylinders are designed, manufactured and documented in accordance with current regulations.
