Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

Imenco has a well established QHSE management system, certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 3834-2:2006 and is approved through the Achilles Oil Industry and Achilles Utilities NCE prequalification scheme.

We deliver CE-marked quality products according to the Machinery Regulations and EU Directives, and according to several standards, such as ISO, NORSOK, ASME, Pressure Vessel Directive and API specifications.

A good delivery is much more than just the quality of the product. The market needs predictability of the delivery and certainty that the supplier can provide good documentation. We are dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs and expectations through dialogue, solid know-how and the ability to realize the product. Through long-term strategic planning we dynamically follow up developments and any need.

HSE Policy

HSE is of highest priority in Imenco. The objective to avoid incidents always has first priority in all our activities; regardless of place, time or productivity requirement.

Imenco operates with an integrated management of health, safety, environment, security and quality. Our HSE system is based on involvement and commitment of all staff and implemented and maintained through all levels of the organization.

Management are actively engaged in the Working Environment Committee, and together with Safety inspectors and employees representatives adapt for a good and safe working environment, both physical and psychosocial.

Regular inspections, reporting and periodic surveys are applied to minimize the number of situations that may be harmful to life, health, environment or property. Risk Management and continuous improvement enables us to work preventive to secure personnel, equipment and the environment.

All employees must display and exercise caution in their work, and employees’ knowledge, awareness and attitudes regarding HSE will be ensured through proper training and high motivation.

Development of products shall be in accordance with internal HSE values, the relevant directives, and relevant laws and regulations.

Our suppliers are also encouraged to adhere to HSE values based on high standards and target-oriented management. Procurement of goods and services shall be ensured on the basis of our ethical values and HSE standards, and the company is to be a contributor to sustainable development of society and the global ecosystem.

Quality Policy

Our quality management is a high priority, with an integrated management of Quality and HSE. We will develop, design, produce and deliver products and services of the right quality and a “correct first time”. Furthermore, we naturally comply with all regulatory requirements and regulations.

All employees shall have the right skills to perform their tasks with a high quality, and in a proper manner. Imenco will also be a workplace for professional development with meaningful duties. Procurement of goods and services must be maintained with control and evaluation of suppliers.

Imenco relies on its customers and will maintain mutual partnership that promotes both parties’ ability to create value. Feedback from the market and our own business is to be actively used to improve marketing efforts, products and methods.

Activities should be managed as processes to achieve optimal results. Processes, management systems and activities must be documented to achieve, compliance with customer requirements and other interested parties expectations, company’s requirements, and to provide objective evidence and data for analysis of trends and improvements.

We in Imenco will work actively to improve its own procedures. All errors and unwanted incidents should be processed and analyzed. Corrective and preventive measures as well as an evaluation of these will be initiated where needed. Continuous improvement of Imenco’s overall performance is a persistent objective.
