Workshop Mechanical Technician – Wick Factory

Imenco design, develop and manufacture helicopter fuel systems, diving systems, ex cameras, lifting and handling products, subsea corrosion protection, aquaculture products and subsea cameras, lights, and lasers. More than thirty years of experience gives our customers added value and smart solutions.

An opportunity has arisen in our busy Wick factory for experienced workshop technicians to work with the team helping to deliver harsh environment and marine CCTV systems to new and existing customers across a range of key sectors, in the UK and internationally.

The positions are full-time, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Duties Include

  • CNC Milling and
  • Setting and operating manual lathes and milling
  • Using high precision measuring equipment to inspect manufactured
  • Maintenance, inspection and cleaning of workshop equipment and
  • General workshop
  • Working to company procedures to ensure a safe working
  • Participating in the Imenco Continual Improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Recognised mechanical
  • Good communication and interpersonal
  • Good knowledge of workshop
  • Able to work to
  • Good team player but ability to use own initiative when
  • Strong commitment to providing a high-quality
  • Highly accurate with attention to
  • A knowledge of CNC programming is also
