The main Manoda service is casting.
Manoda produces castings in a variety of alloys; mainly copper and aluminum alloys.
We have:
Three electric furnaces
An oil-fired furnace
A semi-automatic molding machine
Modern facilities for casting in hardened sand
We use two casting methods
sand Casting
Gravity die casting
This gives us a great deal of flexibility and we can supply castings from single casts to several thousand series and by weight from a few grams to several hundred kgs.
Manoda uses only new metal with a purity certificate in production.
We treat ourselves according to the standards required for individual products.
