Malm Orstad readily assumes full responsibility for the complete performance of the projects, in order to ensure optimal project flow and avoid time-consuming intermediaries.
We take care of all customer contact, progress reporting, monitoring internally and externally, and final inspection. We have a project organization that responds to both small and large accounts, assigning a single person to provide the customer with continuous information about the current process stage. Our project manager heads the mission, follows up in all processes and ensures that everything is done appropriately, in accordance with the standards and schedule. It is of paramount importance to have a skilled person in this role, and we are proud to have some of the industry’s best project managers, who keep full control and receive a lot of positive feedback from our customers.
