Subsea Systems Salesperson

With activities in our Subsea Systems applications through a wide range of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Renewables and Aquaculture we are constantly seeking new and exciting opportunities to deploy our solutions, systems, and services for an increasing portfolio of clients. We are seeking dynamic and focussed individuals with special sales knowledge and experience to join our team of sales specialists and make your own future!


The focus will be realising opportunities where our technology leading systems, including subsea control systems, through water communications, positioning, sensors, and associated services can be applied to clients on a global basis. Identifying clients’ requirements, building client relationships, and ensuring they continue to receive the very best service is key to success in this role.

We are a company with many solutions that cross into different market areas and so the position will not be isolated to selling just one solution but can be expanded to promoting and selling several of our world leading solutions in the same market.


To find and identify market opportunities and keep track of relevant upcoming projects in the Oil & Gas, Renewables and Aquaculture market sectors. Organize and lead client meetings and marketing activities to understand business needs and propose competitive, industry-leading solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsible to follow up new and existing clients. Develop quotes independently and lead a team through the tendering process. Be part of our team that strives to develop new market leading solutions. Can demonstrate advanced product knowledge and present to clients. Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product/service. Find new target markets and drive sales. Work with the marketing department to develop successful sales strategies.

Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge for the purpose of innovative new sales techniques.


Technical experience in subsea electronics, communications, and sensor applications.

Substantial technical and sales background with good customer awareness. Abilities to work in team and to take initiatives independently. Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Stress resilient and able to multitask. Ability to work in an international environment.

Good communications skills in English and be able to demonstrate written and verbal skills to include Reports, Presentations, and public speaking. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services.

Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas. Experience of through water acoustic technologies, highly desirable. Experience of hydrographic survey with subsea positioning methods desirable.
