We are looking for an Application Specialist for one of the most assertive suppliers of smart solutions to ocean Industries. Both senior application specialists and junior application specialists are welcome to apply!
As an application specialist in Imenco you will be responsible for and following exciting aspects of the development process and making sure we are efficient, forward leaning and solution oriented along with the rest of the team. You will also be participating in product development within Imenco’s underwater cameras and sensors, preparing, calculating, following up system deliveries and leading internal and customer-initiated development projects with high quality and global standards. You will be working in an experienced team of co-workers with extensive experience with subsea cameras/electronics. Our team is including, eager to help each other and ready for teambuilding when our new colleague is on board. No requirement to know how we do what we do in advance! We find that our good communication and teamspirit throughout has made our workplace at Imenco a great place to be!
Qualifications
• Bachelor in electronics or equivalent.
• Experience from the electronics industry is appreciated, but not required.
• Knowledge of camera technology, formats, and transmission technology is appreciated, but not required.
• Knowledge in electronics, circuit board design, troubleshooting and testing of electronics is appreciated, but not required.
• Commercial understanding and knowledge of the Oil & Gas market.
• Dedicate to being up to date on technological developments.
Tasks
Once the right candidate is ready these are some of the tasks following the function, of course the variety is massive and can be adjusted to each individual in the team:
• Participation in product development of Imenco’s underwater cameras and sensors.
• Work actively to expand Imenco’s market area and customer base.
• Prepare, calculate, and follow up system deliveries.
