Sales Manager CCTV and Subsea Camera Systems, Norway

Mission:
The main focus will be selling our CCTV and Subsea Camera Systems to clients in Norway/Europe, but we are a company with many solutions that cross into different market areas. The position will therefore not be isolated to selling just one solution but can be expanded to promoting and selling several of our world-leading solutions in the same market.
Challenges:

      • Finding and identifying market activities and keeping track of relevant upcoming projects in the market.
      • Organizing and leading client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing activities to understand business needs and propose competitive, industry-leading solutions to meet their requirements.
      • Responsibility to follow up with new and existing clients.
      • Developing quotes independently and leading a team through the tendering process.
      • Be a part of our team that strives to develop new market-leading solutions.

Skills:

      • Engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
      • Substantial technical and sales background with good customer awareness.
      • Abilities to work in a team and to take initiatives independently.
      • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
      • Stress resilient and able to multitask.
      • Ability to work in an international environment.
      • Good communication skills in English.
      • Commercial Maritime and/or Naval Project experience desirable.
      • Experience of video, CCTV systems desirable.

Location:

Grinde (Tysvær), Stavanger or Bergen (To Be Advised)

Reports to: Marine & Naval Projects Group Manager
