Accounts Payable Assistant – Wick

An opportunity has arisen in our busy Wick office for an Accounts Payable Assistant.
The position is full-time, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Duties Include

  • Receive and record supplier invoices onto Dynamics AX
  • Match supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Email out for approval any non purchase order invoices
  • Processing monthly Bacs run to all suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements to ensure all invoices are received
  • Answering queries from suppliers and other departments within Imenco about accounts payable
  • Maintaining and adding new vendors onto Dynamics AX
  • Assist Purchasing and Production Departments as and when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively alone and in a team environment
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Previous experience desirable but not essential as training will be given
